Change-of-mind returns
Contact us within 14 days after delivery to tell us which items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you normally pay the direct cost of return shipping. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Contacting us for instructions does not remove or shorten any statutory withdrawal right. Where applicable law allows, a reduction in an item's value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it may affect the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Send us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. If we require an item to be returned because of our error or a covered defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping.
Refunds and EU withdrawal rights
Eligible refunds are sent to the original payment method. For a qualifying EU distance purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days. We will refund the amounts required by law, including standard outbound delivery for a full-order withdrawal, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the goods arrive or you show proof of return, whichever comes first. Any extra amount paid for a delivery method more expensive than standard need not be refunded where law permits.
For other eligible change-of-mind returns, we process the refund after receiving and checking the item. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless applicable law requires it. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
