Where do you ship?
We offer standard shipping to the United States and the European countries listed in our Shipping policy. Enter your address at checkout to confirm shipping availability.
Is shipping free?
No general free-shipping offer applies. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
When will my order arrive?
After dispatch, standard shipping takes an estimated 9–16 working days to the United States and 9–18 working days to the listed European destinations, depending on the country. Preparation time is additional. See our Shipping policy or ask us for the current estimate before buying.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after the parcel has shipped.
Returns and help
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 14 days after delivery about a change-of-mind return. You normally pay return shipping for a non-fault return. See the Refund policy for details and your statutory rights.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
